This is the 6-step process we follow to get you certified
Begin the process by completing the online application on our website, which includes a wellness self-assessment checklist aligned with WITT’s core wellness standards. A one-time application fee will
be requested.

We review the self-assessment to confirm WITT’s core wellness standards are met. If the criteria are satisfied, our team will contact you with instructions to initiate membership. If not, we provide feedback for improvement and, also, offer optional consulting support for an additional fee.
We will send you instructions to complete your membershipactivation upon payment of the first-year membership fee.
Our team will schedule a comprehensive virtual wellness auditand request supporting documents along with an additional questionnaire. A one-time audit fee will be requested.
We provide a comprehensive report with your evaluation score, strengths, and areas for improvement. If certification is not achieved, a complimentary one-hour consultation, three months for improvements, and a follow-up review are offered.
The WITT Certified seal is awarded for a three-year period, along with access to support and resources.
The Wellness Self-Assessment, included in the application process, contains targeted questions based on the core wellness standards to help our teamunderstand your hotel’s current wellness standing. It also serves as a valuable starting point to prepare you for the audit process. There is a $750 application fee to apply for WITT Certification.
If your property successfully passes the Wellness Self-Assessment, then you proceed directly to WITT Membership which includes an audit, evaluation and certification report. Contact us for pricing and more information. Certification would be valid for three years.
